I have been shopping at Shoreline since the 80's. I have always loved them until it was sold to a new owner. We have been buying their olive oil since it was first introduced. When I found out that they had a hard time bringing it in due to many circumstances, I was heartbroken. IFKYK. When I called today to inquire what the status was, I was confronted by a very angry man that basically told me "It will be a very long time, if ever. From now on, check the website" and he hung up on me. Back in the day, I would have NEVER been treated like that by the original owners. What a shame that another establishment with new owners have completely changed and will lose our business. I WILL spread the word.

I ordered the tri-tip steak sandwich and Greek salad as a catered meal for 80 people. Everything was wonderful and clearly made with attention to detail, flavor, and quality. 10/10 would recommend!
Great place to stop and refill your pantry with Greek ingredients oil, olives and spices. You can tell that inflation is affecting them, prices are rising and some products are unavailable, like the rye bread for the Ruben sandwich we ordered. Sandwich was still good and packed with meat.

Lazy customer Service. Miscommunication on both ends when it came to ordering a salad. Realized there was no meat on salad. Manager went to the extreme to go back and look at a camera when it came to the order, even though receipt was in hand. If I’m paying for my food, I do not want meat just added on a salad because at the end of the day my order was WRONG . I don’t see why it was such an issue to make a new salad WITH MEAT?! Manager stated that it would be a loss if he were to do so , when I’m pretty sure they throw out an AMPLE amount of food everyday ! Poor excuse to not service a customer correctly . Save your response as to why you have lazy employees .
