ShopRite of Gateway Center

I would give 0 starts if it was possible, they advertise a certain price on their app for Haagen-Dazs $3.50 for in store and online and when you go in they give you a much higher price $6.46. I showed it to the cashier and she directed me to customer service where I had to wait 20 Min for management Joe S to fix the issue and he was as incompetent as they get couldn’t be any worse. Did not listen and rudely interrupted me so many times. It’s a shame a large corporation to have such incompetent staff, wasn’t willing to hear me out at all. Even when I showed him the app and the selected location gateway plaza he didn’t even lift a finger to help or say it’s our fault we shouldn’t advertise it at that price and do something about it. What they’re doing it’s false advertisement I’ll make sure to report it to consumers affairs. Joe S that is someone in a leadership position showed zero respect for me as a customer forget about the entry level workers. Walked out and left behind a shopping cart of $345 worth, went to stop and shop that btw had the same price in the app and in person.

This location have everything, buffet, Dunkin Donuts, Krispy Cream, on site bakery, fresh seafood and plants base products etc. Lost of parking. My favorite supermarket.

The store is nice. It is very large and carries a lot of items. The store is very crowded during the holiday. I like shopping there. Good store!!!! Nice people!!!!!!!

Great store but if it's your first time if you're phone number not registered are you don't have there key scan card you can't get the sales I honestly thought it was stop and shop but she didn't sign me up at the register said I had to go to customer so I paid my bill and left I'm 64 and went straight from work I hope things get better

Always a great place to shop

Hot food is always good. Deli was fast. Always nice and fast. Sushi is one of my favorites.

I got a story to tell. When you hear an announcement saying all cashier is come to the front, what did I tell you. The lines are long and management recognize it. As easy as it was to come in the entrance they make it just as exit. That's the supermarket you want in your neighborhood. They take the community time in consideration. Our neighborhood supermarket don't do nothing like this, I'm a witness. This market is well worth the trip, the time, the gas and the money.

Great store, just stay away on holidays. Prices are better than any other grocery store.
