Great prices. Too crowded.
This store is the worse. They don't never have anything in there. Especially when ordering through insta cart. It will say many in stock and the shopper will show me pictures of empty shelves. They Need to update there online inventory.
I shopped here more than 20 years every Neihbor I keep recommending there’s nothing better than ShopRite, and convinced them to shop here and prove they have the best deals. I’m very heartbroken. All the ShopRite have upgraded and ever since Stop & Shop came to Staten Island. I was very annoyed that they try to have better quality, very beautiful, bakery, produce, deli entrance, cleanliness. And when I noticed so many varieties of grocery dairy, bakery produce missing, I get so annoyed I don’t want no supermarket better than ShopRite. I wanted to be the best. Specially, throughout the week if there is no sale on produce that I’m looking for their quality is always very bad and I get so annoyed I try to force myself to buy from there I don’t like going to Stop & Shop but when I go to Stop & Shop they produce and bakery. It’s expensive but they’re quality beats ShopRite on Forest Avenue which I don’t like to see that, and the past 20 years I noticed how the juice section and creamer section are the dairy how everything is always on organized mixed not rotated and you would have to beg the workers in the back just to stock up the shelf and give you a couple of items I am only bringing this to the reviews attention because I want to see improvement. I believe shopper should always be the best. , The bakery can use more and better varieties like they did in the past, I shop here about seven days a week and not all these workers that are doing COD orders with their big cart. They don’t bother to say excuse me they shove right into you and leave their cart in the middle of the aisle and as you’re trying to make it through the aisles and around the stores they see you walking with your car down the aisle and shove right into you and wait for you to pass through they seem to not know that customers come first , to prove to you. I shop here almost 7 days a week I even remember the day me and the Goya salesman was cracking up when they yelled out in the speaker for the workers to get toilet paper as soon as possible for the managers office bathroom out loud two times right away Seems like there were none left for the manager and he was trapped
Good bakery section and usefully a nice supermarket to shop at, good prices and section.
Is there any particular reason why when they have the best deals and the best sales I have to come three times a day to see if they actually stocked up and every single day to see if the items are available ? And no one seems to have an answer every time you ask a worker when will it be available they don’t know or how much is this display that’s on sale their respond is oh I don’t know , you can check in the app or ask customer service and their other response is oh I don’t really know if they have any more of this item. whatever’s there I cannot help you or you can try to ask customer service This seems to happen every week I come in to shop specially for the sales item and you never know what time it will be available or what day , and if it’s available, no one‘s there to get it for you or to stock up on it throughout the whole day, It’s very upsetting when I find the best deals and drive-by, and I don’t find these items that are advertising the circular They definitely need additional grocery workers to stock up on all these sale items All I ever see is one older man stocking up and he’s constantly by his self and so many senior customers need his help . Hopefully after this review, we can see more improvements. . I can understand weekends the sale is ending. They’re out of stock. I could understand the end of the night they’re out of stock but mid weekdays 11:30 AM it’s all out of stock. So what time and what day of the week is the best day to come when everything is stocked up?
They have strawberries on sale when everything else wants $9 a pack.
It's been 3 hours since we got a pickup, the staff is terrible.
