Shooters On The Water

Walked in here tonight (Sun, 12/17/23). The sign at the front said to seat yourself. We sat at a small 2-person table right next to the bar. We sat there for at least 20 minutes before we decided to get up and leave. Several servers that went to the bar looked at us. The bartender stared at us, but there was no service. You'd think these folks would want to serve people for tips, but I guess not. When we were walking out, we could see into the kitchen, and 4 people were standing there on their phones. We don't come down here often, and this is a big reminder why. There were only a few tables sat and 6-8 people sitting at the bar, so it wasn't busy at all.

Went for the CTU Union Party. Nice variety of food. I don't know if they chose the food menu, but I would prefer bone in wings. Great DJ and atmosphere.

The staff seems to be overwhelmed and inefficient. The wait for our fried food and a salad was over an hour and the place was not crowded. The view is still gorgeous, but WORK needs to be done to bring it back to its former glory.

No complaints other than it's a little out of the way. We went on a weekend in December and was one of only four tables. Our waiter said it's slow in the winter but really hopping when it's warm outside.

The waitress was really cool not gonna lie. But the fact that we got there at noon and didnt get our food until damn near 1pm and then it was room temp not hot at all. Everyone that arrived after our party of 6 was served before us and it was just weird and didnt make any sense at all. The bartender was doin his thing tho for sure. The kitchen needs to get it together and waitresses shouldnt be putting in multiple orders at one time because thats the reason she said ours came out last (even tho the food was not hot) ‍♀️ 2/10 wont go back

Dead on a Friday night and still get a forgetful server. The food tastes like a restaurant that makes all its money from being on the water knowing it doesn't have to be good because its entire customer base is drunk out-of-towners and customers from the strip club next door with a waterside price to go along with it. I had an "apple-pie" mixed drink that just tasted of triple sec with a cheap crumble ring for $14, what a joke. This is what the server forgot. "Hand bread" chicken strips were dry and needed some cheap buffalo sauce to go with them. I could have made better more flavorful chicken strips at home for $5, these were $17 and they came with frozen fries which were amazing. Just kidding they sucked too. This is among one of the many soul-less atmosphere bar restaurants you'll find in Cleveland. Won't be coming back to this trash. Parking: $10 even when the restaurant is dead and has no customers.
