Shoku Japanese Steak House

Everything was good besides the sweet and sour sauce . The sweet and sour sauce was gross and more like duck sauce .

Have lived in this area for over 2 years and tonight is the first time trying Shoku. First reaction after tasting the food was WHY? It was amazing! The service was great, the food was great, and cannot complain about the prices at all for my husband and I. We will definitely be back and took a menu so we can get takeout when we don’t have time to dine in! Highly recommended!!

This absolutely awful. The normal Japanese place I go to was closed since it was Sunday. So we decided to try this place. We'll I will never do that again. We waited an hour for our food, my rice wasn't done and was really hard. My son wanted to try soba noodles. He didn't like them the noodles was bland. We let our waitress know, and she said the manager will take care of it at the register. The owner/ manager refused to take my son's food off because she stated it was waste. Then proceeded to say her kids are picky too. She did take mine off, but we got charged for 3 meals out of the 4, which 2 meals. Two of the meals you couldn't even eat. So 38.00 dollars later to eat McDonald's. Wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. I hardley ever complain, however I didn't want to pay for food we couldn't eat. I was very polite which didn't matter. I should have just walked out.

As someone who eats out every night of their life and a lover of Japanese food, I can tell you this is the best I've ever had. No Japanese restaurant compares to the high quality and consistency that Shoku brings. I eat here close to once a week, and it's always a 5/5. Don't waste your money going to another Japanese restaurant.
