The burger tasted good as it comes to airport food.

Feel kind of had paying $20 for four small dumplings and then being told you can’t sit down if you ordered at the clearly labeled ‘order here’ kiosk Dumplings were just okay but I didn’t know they were going to be deep fried. The salad was about three bites worth of seaweed. It did come out fast and was hot.

Ordered the chicken bao and side of “duck fries”. Overall the food was bland, portion size was small. Definitely not good value. You order through a touch screen computer and when your food is ready they don’t announce it. It’s also I’m a dead end and dimly lit corner of the airport. There are much better places in Boston Logan Airport to visit.

I really wanted to like this. Looks cool , a nice atmosphere, but food was not good. I ordered the boa chix . Difficult to chew and the service is very confusing.

Located near gate C19, it’s a great place to grab a quick meal during layovers. I got the Shojonator Burger with Fries and it’s pretty good. The portion isn’t huge but that’s a good thing (specifically in this case) because it wouldn’t make you feel too bloated during your next flight.

This is a Diamond in the rough of Boston-Logan airport. I could not have been taken care of better, even if I was in an American Express Centurion lounge. My server, Garnet, was beyond hospitable, friendly, and provides that “old friend” persona that we look for a in Boston bartender. A traveler could not find a kinder soul. The food was good, and most importantly the time flew by while waiting for my flight. This small bar with amazing bites is located by gate C19 ans highly recommended.

Terrible experience overall: - Does not have dine-in vs takeout labeled. Ordered food at kiosk and was then told we could not sit at the bar even though there was no sign anywhere (Bar had 1 person in it btw). - Didn’t have what I ordered available to cook. At this point I asked for a refund, server said she couldn’t do that but maybe I could leave my receipt and the company would do it later… too bad the receipt the machine printed was blank. - Food was pretty mid and poor value for money. $10 for 5 small dumplings which could’ve come from the frozen section. Get it together guys, probably my worst airport restaurant experience to date.
