Big sushi & Japan fan, loved it. Though the prices seem high, the serving size was worth it!
Everything was great. A bit pricey but you’re paying for the experience
Demasiado rico la comida. Fui feliz recomendado al 100% en mi experiencia fue bueno ir a comer en este lugar
We had an amazing experience at Shogun for my wife’s birthday. Our waiter Wayan and hibachi chef Sonny were outstanding. Wayan was friendly, attentive, and a joy to chat with. Sonny was a masterful chef an absolutely hilarious. Would gladly be roasted by him again. 5/5
The service was not the friendliest. At time when traffic was slow we did not have a server coming by. I do believe people go for the showmanship at the abachi- bit beside that the food is basically the same you would enjoy in a less expensive Chinese restaurant. On a positive note - the bar has a good selection of spirits.
This is my goto spot for sushi. Yes, they offer other dishes, but sushi is what I go for. I like to sit at the bar when getting sushi, as there's plenty of seating there My wife and I have also gone for an evening at the Japanese grill. That was fun, but I usually find Japanese grills to always be a good time. The atmosphere is nice, somewhat classy, but not overly so. You can show up in shirts and t-shirt and not feel out of place. Same goes for non-casual dress.
I've ordered to-go so only rating food quality. Everything is absolutely drenched in soy sauce. They must have put half a gallon of soy sauce in my orders. I've ordered there 3 times, every time half of the soy sauce leaked into a bag smearing everything. Food didn't taste very fresh. Steak was very rubbery. Salad very basic. For the prices they charge I'd expect better quality.
