Food is good, well priced although customer service horrible and order times not accurate need to wait over an hour for your food.

The best bagel ever

After asking me if would like to tip 20% minimum on a to go order, which I did, they completely forgot my order! A single bagel!! I will not be back. I understand that they have a lot of younger people working there, most likely because they're able to pay them a lot less but this is why we end up getting asked for a 20% minimum tip and still receive horrible service. GO TO BAGELMANIA, it's worth the drive if you're a true bagel fan.

I paid 3.00 for under cooked bacon which I did not eat. I ordered a toasted bagel w/cream cheese and bacon. Since it was a pick up I asked for it on the side. I was charged 1.75 for bagel and 1.75 a small things of whipped cream cheese and I was told I was under charged. Which I don't believe. As a treat for me I ordered a dozen everything also. I was told buy the girl that price is going up again. I get to my destination only to find no toasted bagel. I had too drive back n was told that it was in my bag. I told her there was nothing not in my bag. Crap setvice!! COOK YOUR BEACON! I WILL NOT RETURN.

Do not come here with small kids. You will wait in line for 10 minutes, then wait for your bagel for 30 minutes. They haven’t lost your order, they just can’t move fast enough because they mix in large orders and small orders. When you get your food it’s pretty good, but your coffee is cold, and your kids are crying now. And everyone waiting around you is in the same boat getting frustrated. Maybe okay if you have an hour to kill standing around wondering where your food is. ‍♂️ But tough on small kids. Best to avoid.

Best garlic bagels anywhere- order them double-toasted- comes out crispy and crunchy- add cream cheese and lox strips- heavenly. Quality at its finest. Ultra-friendly staff! Open at 5 am every day!
