Shipley Do-Nuts

The lady in the window is beyond rude!! She was rushing me, trying to make me hurry up and order and then when I told her that I’ve never been there before she was no type of help she tells me why don’t I just come inside so I can see the whole display and then once I told her I was gonna go inside she Says THANK GOD REALLY LOUD she is beyond rude. You will not see me coming back.!!!!! So quick to take my hard good money instead of being helpful!! She wouldn’t even tell me about like any specials or anything special going on or what’s the best thing to get on the menu you need a new person at the window if you want to be doing customer service Again, this is my first time coming here!!!

Had an order of 4 chocolate frosted donuts and a kolache, and they tried to upcharge me for the BOX. an additional .50 cents to put a full order into a box instead of squishing them all into a bag? YOU lost a customer who has been coming here for 7 years, over a box that cost you .04 cents. Customer service down the drain and bye-bye Shipleys.

I live 40 minutes from this Shipley's Donuts they're the only ones that sell the crunchy nut donut that I like. It is always fresh and yummy. The people are always very friendly. I guess it's really worth the drive

Went early in the morning when donuts and kolaches should be fresh and good. Our donuts look like they’ve been punched and the kolaches are either overcooked or completely stale. Really awful experience. Super disappointed

The stores name is a great name, and i like it

I don't know what happened but glazed were horrible and crunchy fritters were soft. Was it sold to someone else? Very disappointing.
