People here always have an attitude. Why work at a place where you have to interact so much with customers if you cannot deal with people.
The manager Erica was SO RUDE for no reason. Then when I came in and asked to speak to her she heard me ask and COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. Here's a tip, if your having a bad day GO HOME!!! Don't take it out on randoms!
Placed to order ahead of time online and went through drive-through for Erica or whoever the manager is today to tell me that I had to come inside just to pickup my order when I went inside and asked to speak to her she refused and ignored me. If ordering online means im forced to go inside please remove the option she needs to be fired for the attitude she has with people she obviously hates this job. Get a new manager please. Side note: NEVER had this issue with my online orders.
Why does Ericka work here??? She screamed at my children for trying to pay. She told me they are not adults and should have stayed outside.
I would love to give a shout-out to Cindy!!! Her customer service was out of this world. She greeted me with a welcoming smile, that’s what I’m talking about!!! She was very fast and efficient. Keep up the good work.
We went through the dt on our way to school and ordered half a dozen of kolaches , I specifically asked for regular kolaches not bold, double checked before we left the dt, and a few minutes later, my kids started complaining they're spicy. At this point I couldn't do anything because we're already on our way to school. I stopped by the store on my way home, and the manager "Erika" said there wasn't anything she could do, that sometimes the sausage comes like that. I asked for my receipt because she didn't give it to me earlier and she said I had to wait for a while because she was busy. I proceeded to ask for customer service number, and she gave me a number with a local area code, which, of course it wasn't a working number. 2. While waiting for our kolaches the lady behind the manager, was organizing the donuts without gloves. 3. The time before today, the cashier had just finished handling a cash transaction before me, I proceeded to place my order and when she grabbed the kolaches, she didn't change her gloves, I requested her to please change her gloves and give me new kolaches. We're definitely done visiting this location.
Quick breakfast option. I went inside for the first time and I think I will go in from no on because I appreciate the service. When in the drive thru I speak softly because of my disability and it lessens my experience .
I mean it’s a Shipleys, the customer service isn’t really there. It seemed like they were annoyed they we wanted to buy donuts and no did not just before closing either. And they always seem to be out of glaze. Just stopped going there would rather drive to another one.
