Don't use their on line order system, I ordered online one day in advance, and they could choose a designated time for delivery. However, when the time came the next morning, I still didn't receive the meal. I called first to inquire, and provided my order number, but the store said that they don't have the order. I waited for an hour and still didn’t receive the meal. And, I drove directly to the store, the store said that the order was available, but they don’t know why no one came to pick up the meal? I said that was your system problem, and I wasted my time and fuel.
I haven’t had a problem with this store and I’ve ordered through Grubhub. I ordered an old fashion connection roll, a devil food donut and a half glaze. When it got delivered they substituted the old fashioned cinnamon roll with a different cinnamon roll with nuts. A man does answer the phone a little after they closed. About a 10 minute call with me trying to explain and figure out what nuts they are. We could barely understand each other but he was gaslighting me and telling me they came on the old fashioned and that they are walnuts. I am allergic. If it wasn’t for the gaslighting I would have loved to come the next day when I wasn’t sick. At my old jobs we would call if something the customer ordered wasn’t actually in stock to see if they wanted an appropriate substitution.
