Shipley Do-Nuts

This is our go to donut place since they're super close to us. They have a good selection. Be sure to check your order, especially at the drive thru. They have gotten my order wrong many times, mostly during the weekends at the drive thru, usually the same guy. He seems to get flustered and frustrated when I order a variety of donuts. So now I check before driving to far.

I’ve decided not to come here anymore and actively speak out against this place. The past 5 times I’ve been there, a guy I assume is the owner, has been short with me, rude with me, and got my order wrong. Which by the way I hardly even speak to the dude. He’s even made his own employees cry and uncomfortable. The lady initially taking my order kept saying sorry for his behavior and ultimately had to leave the drive through window. There was only 1 car behind me and the wait wasn’t even long. DO NOT COME HERE! Unless you enjoy a mid aged short haired dude cursing at you under his breath because you’re not saying your order fast enough or needing a moment to think. I also notice that he likes to slam things and throw them around. I’m gonna see if I know any one who knows someone at corporate to see about this. Please, do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. I will say, any time I’ve went and he wasn’t there, it’s been 5 starts every time. UPDATE: After receiving a reply from the owner, the person I had issues with was definitely not 67 so the male who was rude was not the owner.
