Great service but the food tasted and looked well past its expiration date.

The food was exceptional. Came here on a Thursday night (10:30pm) to try the AYCE menu. The waitress did a great job of explaining how to order. We ended up getting three rounds. Highlight was the Goma tofu, chicken heart, and shiitake mushroom. Do note that the miso paste used in some of the skewers is very salty. The downside was service was a little slow. Typically took 25-30 minutes in between rounds. With the 90 minute time limit and 3 skewer limit per person, it would be hard to get a lot of variety within the time limit. I highly recommend coming in on a weeknight to maximize the special. The AYCE time also coincides with happy hour. Both drinks we got were fantastic (Zen Garden and Shinya Sunrise), would recommend taking advantage of happy hour.

I used to live in Japan and I love yakitori! Being some kind of homesick, I came here with high hopes just to be disappointed. Food came out low temp with no char— no yaki just tori. Not a fan of the prices and the taste was unremarkable. However, I did like the yakionigiri. If you’re expecting something reminiscent of yakitori in Japan, take your expectations elsewhere. 残念でした

A traditional style izakaya with delicious food. Their foie gras is really tasty and the yakitori is just like what I had in Japan

Came twice once for a la carte and once for ayce. I recommend coming for the a la carte since the food quality was better!

Skewers were delicious here. Staff were very attentive and refilled our drinks often. My friends all enjoyed their experience

Came here for the limited time offer AYCE. Food is decent for what you’re paying for. Katsu don’s katsu flavoring can be improved. However, skewer items were good!

Came for the AYCE with a group of 5. Overall experience was OK. Tare was a bit watery, and there's only one guy on the grill so skewers came out very slowly.
