Shindig Irish Restaurant & Pub

I’ve been to the pub for the first time with some friends and it was such a great experience. The food was delicious, precisely the Chicken Pot Pie, Shepherds Pie and their Shindig Rueben Burger . Our server was very welcoming and the drinks we ordered were well mixed and tasty. The atmosphere is very traditional as well. My friends and I definitely recommend this restaurant and pub and we would be back. See you soon Shindigs.

Great food and staff took care my order as always

Food took over an hour to get to us after we ordered. Fried shrimp were deep fried and deep fried in their shell. That's not how it's done. Beef stew tasted great but the whole dish had maybe three little pieces of beef. The sausages in the bangers and mash were cold and pink throughout most of the sausage. Can't even say it was the middle. Server tried his best. No fault of his. Food service was terrible. Would not recommend or go again.

This whole experience was HORRIBLE. I went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn’t even that full. The waitress took about 10 minutes to even show up and take our orders. I ordered a coke for my drink and it tasted like straight SYRUP. It was horrendous. After that we waited 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES for our food. The food came and it was below average and even burnt. Horrible service. 0/10

I was with a party of 3 so me and 2 other people and we got there at 6:04 and it says to seat yourself so we all sit down, then we wait for 10 mins for anyone to come up to us and then we got our drinks and ordered our food. We did not get our food until an hour and 20 minutes later. About halfway through waiting the waitress comes up to me and asks if it’s okay that the chicken tenders will be a little burnt, which I don’t care, but the 2 options she gave were to keep the tenders or get a new meal. I don’t know why they couldn’t just cook a new batch, but I said I’ll keep the tenders. It then took another 40 minutes after that for the food to come, the waitress told us multiples times it will be ready soon and it never would. The food finally got there and for how long it took it was very subpar. There was only 2 waiters/waitresses. Whoever the manager is needs to get the place together or get fired or shut the place down because it was a disaster and would not recommend going.

We brought 12 people into the bar and the service was absolutely horrible. Bartender was overwhelmed and got an attitude. We took the 12 of us to tailgators and we watched a party of five do the same thing. Additionally there was only one waiter for food service and nobody could get food

Food was good. Waitress was friendly but it took over an hour to just get the check and the check was all messed up and the waitress could not figure it out. We all got the same kind of burger for the Monday Burger special but had different alcoholic beverages. There were 8 of us and wanted the bill spit 4 ways. The bartender tried to help but then mixed up our bill with another table. Came at 5 and didn't leave until almost 730. There also was no manager there to help. I would not recommend this place.

Arrived on Friday around 3:30. One waitress and about three dirty tables and about 4 tables with people to be served and 3 at the bar watching a game Waitress took our drink order. That came out quickly, then we waited a bit for her to take our order. Finally after a hood 30 minutes our order came out. It was good , but still on the fence if I would return. One table was upset because his pork chop dinner was taking forever , it was just poor service. The waitress was all alone until just about the time we were to leave a young guy came in to help out.
