Fabulous traditional Korean cuisine.
The food is actually really good. It's seasoned really well. I love the options available. But this place is super pricey!!!
Came here last night and me and my boyfriend both got the bibimbap. He is celiac and went with it because on the menu it listed as gluten-free but unfortunately he ended up having a reaction to it from cross-contamination right after eating, so just a forewarning to any other people with celiac/gluten intolerance that the cross contamination might be an issue! My mom got the soybean soup and enjoyed it! My main complaint with the food was that it was like 95% rice with barely any meat.
Amazing food, as always! I've been eating here since 2005 and have always loved the food! I love the look since they rebuilt it, but I do miss the bento box lunch specials they had, especially with their fried rice!
Great experience, good food!
If you're looking for authentic KBBQ, look no further. The staff, ambience, and most importantly, food are all on point! :D Update: 4 years, a fire, a pandemic, and major renovations later, Shin Jung has finally reopened! it definitely feels more modern now. The KBBQ and pajeon are as good as I remember. Plentiful refills on banchan. Prices are reasonable for Orlando. Service was friendly and efficient. Not a long wait even on the weekend for dinner. Can't wait to come back! Parking: Back of restaurant
