I’ve eaten here before and thought food was ok , service was never good but after my experience today will never order or dine here again. Tried to place take out order and was very rudely spoken to by the guy who answered the phone. Horrible customer service, tried calling back and was the person who answered phone just set the phone down and proceeded to talk trash about their customers.

We've eaten here almost once a week for lunch for years. Try the Chirashi. Super! Update on January 4, 2024: I’ve eaten here at least one hundred times. Super high quality sushi and great service. You cannot go wrong here.

Shin is by far the best sushi restaurant in Orlando. We've tried plenty of places but this has become our go-to restaurant for date nights and when friends and family are in town. We've been eating here regularly for over 3 years and it never fails to impress. Highly recommended.

The sushi was fresh & delicious. The food was plentiful & everyone loved their meal. The lunch special is wonderful. Took off two stars for the service. The waitress was very rude.

Believe all the good things you’ve heard about this place because it truly is a gem. It starts off with the friendly staff and the quaint outdoor seating area. Kim, our waitress was informative, attentive and friendly. We had a follow up waitress, I didn’t catch her name but incredibly sweet. We had the double Philly, kara mura (super spicy sauce), a yellowtail roll and beauty and the beast. All were fantastic but the beauty and the beast packs a delightful punch of flavors and textures. I can’t forget to mention that the ginger salad was delightful. I find this to be one of the things I critique most at sushi spots because the ginger dressings vary as well as the greens used and the overall look. This one was definitely unique, it wasn’t too sweet and had a high quality home made taste to it. This place was very reasonably priced. I would recommend and will definitely be back.
