We had two lamb dishes (chops, agda stew) and both were absolutely delicious - beautifully cooked and seasoned. Will definitely be returning!

Worst place to eat and the service is very bad as they don’t respond. You need to wait at least an hour for the food to be prepared.

The best food ever

I recently visited Shibam Restaurant and I must say I was quite disappointed with my experience. One major issue I encountered was the sudden doubling of prices. Last time visited my bill was $16 now all sudden it was 31.00 It was disheartening to see the prices of the menu items increase significantly without any prior notice. This made me question the integrity of the establishment and left a sour taste in my mouth. Another aspect that bothered me was the Bridgeview's 10% charge. While I understand that businesses need to cover their expenses, it felt excessive and unnecessary. It would have been more reasonable to include this charge in the overall price instead of surprising customers with an additional fee. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find out that there was no cash adjustment option. In this modern age, many people prefer to use digital payment methods, but there are still those who rely on cash. Not having the option to adjust the bill with cash was inconvenient and limited my payment choices. Despite these issues, I must mention that the food at Shibam Restaurant was delicious and the service was satisfactory. However, the aforementioned concerns significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope that the management takes these issues into consideration and works towards providing a more transparent and customer-friendly environment.

It was better than I expected. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff was courteous.
