the waitress was absolutely top notch! from start to finish. i have never had this type of food but she talked me through everything. i ordered several things for tasting. i’m super impressed and ill definitely be back.

HIDDEN GEM IN OLD COLORADO CITY Clean and lovely, with Tibetan/Nepalese art work. We sat, by ourselves, in the small inner room, replete with carved wooden headboard of a dragon and traditional bird, books and paintings. Service was fast and friendly. The Drinks: Mustang Chai is a must! Bulleit Bourbon and Chai, just good spices, not sweet. The Margarita: Just 3 ingredients, stands up against the best we've had in the US or Mexico. Dal Soup: Homemade with distinct flavors of fresh spices and herbs. Sherpa Stew with Lamb: Big chunks of the freshest vegetables in a wonderful broth. The lamb moist, tender and abundant. Definitely, planning to go back!

Our family had a great experience. Service, food, and drinks were great. Plus the dumplings !!!
