We order from this restaurant specifically because you can ask to leave the onions out of the fried rice. This will be the last time, Which is a shame because we have been going to this restaurant for about 5 years now. My mother-in-law whose first language is Spanish, called to place an order. As she was placing the order, the woman that answered the phone stopped her and told her "you need to stop doing that!" I took the phone and asked her what the problem is, to which she replied "she keeps ordering different things and asking for egg drop soup"! Not once to be order soup. The truth of the matter is that the lady who took our order is the one that couldn't understand what was being said and very Angrily And rudely took it out on my mother-in-law. When my husband got there to pick up the food her excuse was that they were understaffed. Customer service goes a long way. If you don't understand someone that is fine, but don't be rude to your customers, especially your loyal ones.
Authentic Chinese food the best BBQ spare ribs amazing and delicious I can’t wait too return back to enjoy something new and exciting. Thank you for having an amazing and delicious authentic and great food. Thank you very much.
The staff and food are so great and consistent. We love this place!
I'm a veggie, and I wanted the menu item, Soy Chicken, but it is no longer available. The waitress said the Tofu was just as good, it was NOT. I got fried rice that was Not veggie The place was tired looking, and the menu prices are scratched out and written over. They don't even have Sweet and Sour Pork, which my wife tried to order.
Been going here since I was 7, I'm 31 now with my own kid. Not only did they remember me and my college name and career, but still serve the most delicious, authentic food in town.
Cute place until I saw a literal roach. I hate to be write this but this place was dirty and the food was really blend unfortunately. The waiters were nice but the food and cleanliness of the restaurant was absolutely atrocious. If you're ok with getting E. Coli, this place is for you. Bless
I just went for the first time and I wanted a fried rice without egg (because of allergies) and the lady told us that they couldn’t do that, I was disappointed because I really wanted to try try it.
My wife and I came here for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We came in about 5:30pm and were greeted by a friendly waitress who said we could order from the Happy Hour Menu. Those meals included an egg roll, fried rice, and choice of soup for about $16.50 each, which is very reasonable. Our waitress put down a pot of Chinese tea. Then she gave us each an egg roll with noodles for our soup. The hot and sour and egg drop soups were very good. Then we were brought chicken and broccoli and cashew chicken. Both dishes were very good. I thought the dishes were slightly luke warm and could've have been hotter. The booth we had was very comfortable and the atmosphere was very nice with Chinese murals on the wall. At the end of our meal we were each given a fortune cookie and chocolate candy. We had a lot leftover which the waitress packed for us.Good food, goods service, good prices, and nice atmosphere. We will be back!
