Shenanigans Nightclub

Place was very underwhelming. SUPER rude bartenders aggressive and rude all around. Have a feeling that some racially motivated ignorance or ageism caused us to get checked ids everytime we came to the bar and calling us children and threw us out because of the way they served us. Terrible manners to paying customers.

Some guy named Alex , manager I’m sure they lied about his name was harassing us Iding us multiple times calling us liars about our IDs and started grabbing us and pushing us when we called them out. Terrible place to go out to ego feeling employees and terrible aggressive service.

This place is local dwelling for the neighborhood surrounding it, and it shows. The drinks are cheap and i can't remember a bad time i had doning karaoke here.

The BOSS of security Erik I work three days and he don't not pay is bad and i works night of security living My kid alone

I really love this nightclub and the karaoke nights! However, I believe the bartenders name is Brittany, I was here with my sister a few months back and my sister paid our tab. I came back a few weeks later and Brittany recognized me and started asking me why my sister didn’t tip higher, etc. it just seemed rude to me? Also since that wasn’t my tab anyway. Fast forward to recently I went back a 3rd time and Brittany looks at my ticket again and was appalled and asked me “is this it?” AGAIN. That amount of unprofessionalism is astounding and she was so comfortable doing it to me for a 2nd time that I’m sure she does it often to many patrons. If you go, avoid Brittany. I understand that tips are important to people as I have been a server for a while aswell..I’ve never not tipped anyone but I’ve been totally stiffed before but it’s just not appropriate to actually complain to your customers face. It’s awkward and rude and makes me not want to return. ON THE OTHER HAND I will try and understand to tip a bit higher next time as I know times are tough so I can take responsibility on that part. But either way I just don’t appreciate being questioned by the bartender in that fashion.
