Crawfish over cooked and gritty, didn’t get one of our eggs and no sausage. Staff was great and they refunded our money but probably won’t be back

I give this place an overall 2. The service wasn’t bad but the music is too loud and the sauces for the crab boil is too salty. I cannot recommend this place ESPECIALLY for $6 “valet”. I had a flight to catch so I thought to come here, but I’m not impressed and I wouldn’t come back. Though, the prices aren’t as high as I’m used to so bonus for that.

Fast Service and amazing food can’t wait to come back

If you are willing to wait over an hour for your food, this is the place to come. Even on non busy days. This place has always been my go to for seafood and recently we have experienced issues a few times. They take forever to deliver your food to your table. Drinks are horrible with the new lady bartender. Who asks “Will you make your michelada” to a customer. Absolutely ridiculous.

My cousin and I went…. Almost a 200.00 ticket with several complaints! The waitress was not attentive. Never came to check on us, we had to keep getting her attention to come to the table. Weird thing…… we were the only ones there’s at about 1230 noon. Second, what they are advertising as king crab is as small as snow crab! Third, once I got home a realized I didn’t get the 1/2 lb of shrimp I ordered and paid for. I immediately called the location approx 10 times with no answer. It’s 400 pm and still no answer. I’m sure I won’t be comped but just need to let them know this is the worst and sorriest location I have ever been too (been to several). And just to add… when the waitress went o talk to the manager about the crab complaint, she returned saying “they are all outside right now”. No wonder I can’t get an answered phone. They are probably STILLLLLL outside!

Never got to order. Bar tender never came to say hello, I'll be right with you, nothing! When asked and greeted hello what's your name, the waiter replied "give me a minute bro" needless to say after 15 min of waiting and only receiving 1 Truly seltzer for $9.26. We left. Doubt it very seriously if we'll return.

Mel is the best server completely recommend everyone to come here and have her as server !! Took care of us 100%
