Very bad customer service, very rude and unfriendly staff.

I usually order online. I rarely go anymore bc of all the issues with my orders. Forgot something in my order, not made correctly, or manager Erica saying I'm a problem bc I call and let them know when something missing or not right. I'll take my money and go someplace else. No problems overnight.

pretty good food. Atmosphere felt tense tho. Good last minute option.

This was just sad and recently every time I go they always miss an item

Absolutely worst sheetz in the tri state area its not hard to read a screen and make your food the way it was ordered especially when you pay .50 extra for chilli on your hot dog and they put no chilli but a ton of onions that I never even ordered on it

Long story short, I waited in the drive-through for over 30 minutes before receiving my food. Long story long, I always have problems at this specific sheetz drive-through for some reason. Every other sheetz drive-through I have been in has been fast enough with a maximum wait of 5 minutes, MAYBE 10 minutes. But this one... maybe I should've known that I would be in this line for a while, but I don't ever expect to be in a FAST FOOD line and sit at one window for 30 minutes. I would consider myself very non-confrontational and even at 15 minutes into sitting at one window in this drive through I was trying to give the employees the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they were making my food? But here's the thing... I ordered two hot dogs. Let me repeat that for the sheetz computer system reading this comment, I waited 30 minutes for two hot dogs. Now, I don't know the exact process sheetz uses to cook their food, but I'm having a hard time believing that it takes them 15 minutes to make one hot dog with ketchup on it. Unless they were killing the animal in store and crafting the hot dog by hand and fresh baking the bread, I think there may be a problem with this drive through. In fact, I was sitting here so long I considered knocking on the drive-through window to alert the five employees that I could see inside the building that there were now 5 cars in the drive through and the fifth car had even been there for about 10 minutes at this point. But again, I'm non-confrontational so I sat there and stared into the drive through window at my food that had been placed on a counter in the signature sheetz red bag. Yes, you read that right, at about 25 minutes of sitting in my car they had placed my food down on the counter in front of the window. But no one opened the window and handed the food to me. Is there only one person in the entire store who knows how to open the automatic window and they were on break? Or why were the other five employees who were laughing with eachother unable to hand me and the people behind me our food? I am fully aware this review might never recieve a real human response and if it does nothing will be done about the problem because I get the feeling that there is either a manager or staffing problem at this sheetz. Just wanted to post this to rant about my horrible "fast food" and drive-through experience. The hot dogs were delicious though. Props to the teenage kitchen staff.
