Shari's Cafe and Pies

I never received my food. When I phoned the manager who advised she was also the General manager was very rude and refused to listen. I ordered food through Shar's website and this clown told me to contact Door Dash to complain. Now why would I call Door Dash? When I asked for cooperate office number she started yelling and blamed it on the loudness of the customer's around her. The manager had the nerve to say I could call back after I calm down like I was her child. This restaurant stole 29.00 for one meal. I will contact Chase to report this. I have receipts from Shari's stating the order is being prepared by the restaurant. Two hours later no updates on my order.

First the food is always delicious and cooked to order. They have a pretty good selection of pies and the ones I have tried are good. For breakfast I always get the eggs Benedict minus the muffin add avocado. Wonderful old time diner feel. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Always attentive to customers' needs.

I took my family here for breakfast. The food was good and well prepared. The stuffed hashbrowns were a hit.

They're some of the friendliest wait staff here. Very accommodating, our food always comes out quickly. I've not been disappointed by one dish. I came to discover this location after I won a $100 gift certificate. I would definitely return and try more meals.

My friends and I came here weekly after xoso games but we won't be coming back since the food quality has taken a nosedive. Between all of us, we had these food issues on our last visit: 1. One of us got food poisoning 2. Food was either incredibly dry or overcooked- our omelets, French fries, and the chicken inside a chicken sandwich 3. Taste amd quality was bland or poor. Example - turkey club contains a very thick, salty slab of processed turkey meat and a 3rd bread slice. The tomato tasted like dish soap and the lettuce was slimy. 4. Amount of fries on the side varied greatly for each plate, some people felt they got skimped
