Nice small boba tea place. Easy ordering via kiosk or from the staff I like the ginger milk tea.

they are the one of the few, possibly the only ones that have mini pearls. I totally recommend the matcha red bean with mini pearls and pudding!

I ordered QQ happy family milk tea with Lychee jelly, 30% less sweet, no ice, 51 cups for group of people. the service is good and the tea is delicious, we love it. Strongly recommend people for this store and QQ happy family milk tea.
