I’ve been going here for a little while now, and it’s my favorite in terms of location and drink customization! Very convenient and quick. I can get in and out in 10 mins or less! (Usually less) Parking: Parking is tight in the immediate lot and can be limited depending on time of day / day of week! But there are adjacent parking lots for other buildings and short distance walking is not a problem.

I took their advice and tried 2 different drinks. My husband and I loved both! Great help to select, prepared quickly and wasted great.

My go to spot now on my way home. Good ole' Classic Milk tea. Can't go wrong with this. I always stop by here when I get the chance. Better than most places closer to me so I don't mind driving a bit further out to get this.

Walked in, there were 2 people working, 1 male and 1 female. No greetings at all, Ok cool no problem they look busy even though there's literally no one else in the shop other than us and a couple already sitting down. I said hello, and they just carried on with what they were doing, I said hello again louder this time the dude is standing right in front of me, and the girl right behind him, they still ignored us, pretending like they didn't hear and yes I say pretend because I was very loud with my hello and he was only a feet away from me maybe less. I stood there for a minute waiting for anyone to say hello or even acknowledge us but NOOOO, they just seem to not care. I don't understand these type of customer service, regardless if you're doing something, you're still to at least acknowledge your customers. I would definitely give no stars if I could. Like no star for customer service. Other than the place looked nice, but still wouldn't recommend as the customer service sucks.

The few workers I’ve experienced were absolutely exceptional they’ve always made me feel welcomed and very patient as well as helpful when ordering. Even though this place is a little far from where I live I will always make the drive to experience the amazing hospitality I receive. 100% would recommend coming here as they’ve never messed up my drink, always make it fast, and make me feel at home! I practically feel like best friends with them after meeting them once and can’t wait to come again with my family and other friends!

Update: I still come here all the time, and I still have not had a single bad experience :) I come here all the time, and I have never had a bad experience. Thanks for always being consistent with good service and delicious drinks!

I'm a dog trainer, and visited this location with a client's service dog in training last week. I very much appreciated the staff member's welcoming, patient attitude!
