Shanghai Heping

The waitress put us in the back near the bathroom and seems to be part of the kitchen, even though they were alot of tables near the front. then she didn't come back for 20 minutes, we were about to leave and she took our order. She rudely shoved a baby high chair and an extra chair behind my seat. Then she never checked on us througout our meal. I ask for soy sauce, when she first brought the food and never got. and then i got up to pay because i knew she take a while to come back. Restaurant was not crowded by then, but she seem preoccupied with being social at another table that had another waiter, and she proceed to put a 15 % tip and say this is what we do in NYC, like I was a tourist.. I should have never allowed it. Service was terrible. Don't go here!

Been coming here for years and it always hits the spot. Never a wait and the food slaps. I stand by that this is one of the best place for soup dumplings, they’re sturdy but also have the perfect ratio of dough, meat, and soup.

Food was average. Service was not good at all, the waitress couldn't understand what we wanted and what not nice. At checkout, they forced us to give a 15% tip, which they very much don't deserve.

Server tried to mandate a tip. I always tip but I was shocked when the server tried to press me asking for $7 tip for $25 check.

It was the worst experience you can imagine. My wife decided to go with friends for early dinner. Only ordered 4 dishes of food when it was time to pay the bill. The waiter demanded a 25% tip. When the waiter came back with the money change, a few dollars were off. I would give this zero stars but there is no option like that.

很久沒有來唐人街逛一下，很方便因為旁邊就是停車場。疫情之前曾經吃過幾次。覺得還行。這次簡直無法想象可以用horrible形容。遞給 我們的白米飯竟然酸臭的。跟服務員抱怨了然後馬上給我們換了然後服務員對另外一個服務員在廚房說。換新鮮的給他們。 什麼是新鮮？？？難道我們剛剛吃的就是不新鮮的？別人吃不出來就讓別人繼續說下去？過夜白米飯危害非常大 而且還變味的 我當時就想打電話給政府部門投訴這家餐廳衛生。小蒼蠅一直飛來飛去 服務態度差 上菜還沒有到桌上直接就放下去 以後不會再去 太失望了
