Shaking Crab (Bronx)

Food was delicious. Music was good. Price was good. Wait was terrible from the beginning there was no host at the door. I sat at the bar. Took bartender 20 minutes to even look my way for me to ASK him for a menu. Then I asked about all you can eat he then said “oh I have to get that menu” took another 15 mins and from then on everything that came out took a longer than normal wait time. Servers, host or bartenders don’t look your way you have to flag them down. I’m torn in returning. Don’t know if it’s worth the LONG wait. And I was there about 4 30 pm

First time visitor and this place is a whole vibe. Food drinks everything is on point

House sauce is mid it takes maddddd long to get your first meal and they have nothing to break the crabs with.

The service was HORRIBLE waited 20 minutes before host took our name, no one was in front of us. Then they got the order wrong, plus everything we ordered they ran out. The worst part when I mention how horrible the service is the bartender said OH WELL and started dancing. NEVER AGAIN!!!

So overall this was an enjoyable experience it’s the Bronx so the atmosphere was as good as it was gonna get. I must say the shaking boil and the fisherman’s platter was superb. The fast and efficient service was amazing took about 20th s for all our food to come out. The drinks hit as well not watered down. Fanny the manager made sure my family’s time was enjoyable and will be returning often.

Ordered the shakin boil with garlic noodles and extra corn on the side; the crab legs and shrimp slapped but those potatoes were cooked through perfectly and soaked up the sauce nicely. Clean and good music. Service was good even though it was a little busy, she made sure to check on the table before after the food arrived. All in all a great experience.

Only one person is working, and a lot of people are waiting to be seated. Me and my guest have been waiting to be served for a long time and and this location is empty. That's really bad, especially when you are hungry. I heard good reviews, but I begged to differ...
