Shakey's Pizza Parlor

Very great place to go after a long day in Disneyland or Knotts Berry Farm. Great prices and family friendly, they all types of delicious foods to choose from. They got pizza, pasta, salads, fried chicken, and their famous papa mojos fries.

Good pizza at a reasonable price.

Shakey's is not what it used to be. The pizza is still amazing, but the chicken and mojos are not. Mojo's used to be hand breaded using fresh potatoes, now they just taste like slices of curly fries, not at all the same. The chicken pieces are tiny and the breading doesn't have much flavor. The bunch of lunch is not worth the cost unless you can pack away a hefty meal. My teenage son is a bottomless pit and I still don't feel we got our money's worth. Next time I'd just order pizza to go. The restaurant itself was clean and the staff was so nice. We were waiting for cheese and pepperoni pizza on the buffet and the man stocking the buffet made sure to let use know when each kind was ready.

I paid $17.00 for the lunch buffet and was disappointed there was never any pasta for the spaghetti. The pepperoni thin crust was great, the chicken was great too, the potatoes were too salty and stuck together. The vegetarian pizza was cold. The salad bar was missing ingredients no broccoli, no coli flower, no spinach, no bacon. For what I paid I was expecting a real buffet. After I filled myself up with lettuce,and tea. They brought out more pizza. I was already full. Filled up on $17.00 water.
