Shake Waffle & Roll

People making the drinks were so nice and the place was okay, but I wouldn’t go there again as me and 2 other of my friends got the kinder king and we all were drinking it and found pieces of plastic in our drink therefore we couldn’t drink them, overall the drink was nice but we had to throw them out as we kept drinking loads of peices of plastic.

Food items came all damaged! Everything was leaking and went all over my bedding! I have a disability so it’s a struggle to make food sometimes. I came back from hospital and wanted some food before I slept and it is ruined. I spent ages trying to change sheets and clean by myself after an operation. How hard is it to pack an order and follow instructions on the notes? The jacket potato was so dry.

Ordererd a breakfast box and full english breakfast, was sent a salt and pepper box and english breakfast was dry no beans when i rang store and told them order was wrong was told nothing they could do unless i orderd again or went and picked up myself...terrible service avoid.

Please do not use this establishment not only do they turn up with the wrong order half of it was missing the desert we ordered was burnt an tasted disgusting , an when i phoned them they weren’t interested save your money

Great food and great service

Very underfilled sandwich, maybe 1 or 2 slices of cheese, especially for the price. Genuinely the first time I've seen a dine in / take out take food out the freezer, I mean it was hard to miss the freezer was by the door. And to top it off, after sitting down, my pants got bleached here

Me and my fiancé are staying at alder hey childrens hospital while our baby has heart surgery and have been eating out a lot. Last night we went to a chippy not far from here and had a really awkward experience waiting for food, made to feel really uncomfortable. However, yesterday and tonight our experience at shake waffle roll was completely different. We have had an emotional few days and going here tonight the gentleman who served us cheers us both right up. We love meeting such positive people. We went in for food tonight and the fellow couldn't have been nicer, he couldn't do enough for us. I'm a chef and also done front of house work before so I understand how staff can change your whole experience eating out. As we waited for our food we had a lovely chat with this gentleman and when we left my Mrs told me how the experience made her whole night. Not only that but the food was fast and we both enjoyed our meals. We will definitely go back there especially when our baby gets out. Thanks for a lovely positive experience all the best guys
