Shake Shack The Gardens Mall

Lots of Haitian staff who are too runs and busy speaking and creaking to offer good customer service, slow and rude in manner

So we ordered the burgers as doubles. They came out so smashed the buns were folded. The avocado was brown and the bacon burnt. I also ordered the bacon cheese fries, everything cold and the bacon was burned. Wasted money if you ask me.

This place wants to charge you almost 20 bucks for a cheese burger but will rudely tell you get to the kiosk to place your order. What's the register for ? Where's the customer service ? A register should be available from open to close and I shouldn't have to be rudely pointed to some b.s kiosk I don't want to use. I wont be back to any shake Shack alot of cheaper options or even more expensive ones where workers are willing to provide service and talk to customers. You have the kids fooled and that little after school crowd but their are grown ups who still want their service with their 20 dollar burger. My kid won't spend another dollar here. Every other restaurant in the food cafeteria has registers and smiling faces willing to help. Maybe ownership or the company shoukd take a page out chick fil a book of service and how they treat customers. Disgusting shake Shack do better.

They are always very nice. I like the service and kindness of the staff, they are very friendly and helpful because once my meal was taken by someone else from the pickup before i arrived so they of course immediately remade my meal but then also remembered me and would store my meals afterwards inside their work area so it wouldn’t happen again. I think that is very thoughtful of them and I really appreciate it. They are all the best there at the palm beach gardens location, I recommend this place to friends at work and some came with me later. I also like that the meat is hormone free healthier option and such; that is very important to me and why I feel safe eating there often. Tastes so good I recommend it to anyone. I use the app and go during lunch break and my meal is always done on time by the time i get there.
