Shake Shack Southdale

The worst burger experience. I tried to order online twice the website was not working and on both occasions I had to drive there. First experience was not great I decided to give them a second chance. I waited for more than 15mins for my food, the server was uninterested in serving me. My burger was packed exposed and quickly became cold and by the time it got home it was cold. Never mind about fact that my burger looked like it sustained 2nd degree burns, it was so burnt it looked like a piece of charcoal it was completely burnt. I had to take the entire burger apart to remove the burns but lost half the burger in process of trying to salvage it. I should have gone to Chick Fil A. What a waste of time and money. . . I am very very disappointed

You know for a shake shack experience it was very dull. service could have been better. Shakes and burgers delicious

The food tasted alright but I just paid $18.39 for a tiny little burger and an extra basic side of crinkle cut fries. Maybe it's me but I guess I just expect to need both hands when I pay that much for a burger. First and last visit.

The service was fast, we got the wrong item, and they fixed it right the way. The wrong item actually wasn't good, I tried to eat it and didn't like it, besides that they chicken sandwiches are solid

Burgers were wonderful

Shake shack has become my go-to for fast food. Great stable menu and seasonal menu. Always great service, especially at this location

Everything was pretty good I had the double avocado Burger french fry and chocolate custard. But they never brought out my fries so I had to go retrieve them But the food was good

First time visitor here. The place was filthy, even the windows were gross. The menu is a giant, wall-sized mural so you can't see it if anyone is in line ahead of you. For two small burgers, two fries and two small shakes it was $50! YIKES! I could go to freaking Red Lobster with that kind of cash! Service was excellent and the employees were kind and competent when it came to handling my food.
