Tasty food, fast staff, the restaurant looks clean, there is a lot of seating. Restrooms could be cleaner, they don't look the best.

This is overpriced , horrible quality burgers. In and out, has much better quality food than Shake shack. I would not recommend spending your money in Shake Shack.

Hard to review; because they aren't consistent. I have had excellent burgers and terrific service. I have also had haphazardly assembled burgers and undercooked fries, with checked out staff. My guess is things get worse when they get busy, and my impression is management isn't training everyone properly.
