Good food but really poor service. I asked my sauce OS and I received on it. I asked for my burger well done and was rare. Not a bad tasting but really bad service I wouldn't come back to this location

Just gross! In fact, there’s no meat on there & just onion. Food is unsafe to eat! Be careful ordering from this restaurant. You could end up in hospital! Also; avoid UberEats/Postmates too! Their policy doesn’t allow for refunds even when the food presents a health hazard!

If the workers on tonight's shift aren't happy working at Shake Shack, they can find another job. It wasn't busy but the service was slow. I stood at the counter for two minutes with no one asking me if I needed anything. It was quite awkward. There were workers walking around doing stuff but they tried hard not to make eye contact or offer to help. I just needed to pick up my order. I went to the pick up window instead as one employee helped the delivery people with their orders. Shake Shack corporate should retrain the staff here, or just do a clean sweep of every employee at the counter there tonight. I'm not expecting anyone to kiss my feet. It is common service and hospitality practice to ask if they can be helped when someone is queued up in front of the counter. Shake Shack is supposed to be a premium fast food brand. I get courteous service with a smile at Trader Joe's. It costs the employees nothing to be respectful towards customers. To management- you can do better. My interactions with two employees were underwhelming. They were rude and dismissive. You're my local Shake Shack and I love the food but I don't want to patronize a business where I don't feel welcomed by the staff. Please teach them to smile
