Food was excellent and surpassed our expectations! The shroom burger was my personal favorite, but all options from breakfast to lunch were satisfying and tasty. All ingredients were high-quality and fresh, and the portabello mushroom and cheese were especially rich. Service was fast and food was reasonably priced. The only downside is you have to purchase fries and other sides separately, but the entrées are well worth it! Vegetarian options: The shroom burger is offered as a satisfying vegetarian option.

I had one of my worst ordering experiences here. I first ordered a shack burger without meat and cheese fries that were both priced on the menu, respectively, a round-up price 9$ and 6$ so total with taxes close to 17$. The girl told me that my total was 20$. I asked here if she could remove the fries, and when she did, my order was 18$. I asked again, and she still said 18$. I didn't order. My friend, on the other hand, ordered the same shackburger I ordered, but with meat and a drink; her total was 17 dollars! I went back and asked about it and ordered again a shackburger without meat. My total this time was a round-up of $9, so basically the first time she charged me double the price! I paid, and when I went to get my order, I found it with meat. The person at the counter was saying no, you didn't order that, and he was rude about it while I specifically did!! I stood up there until they re-made my order again. I will never come eat here again; they don't know how to take orders, they are rude to customers, and the burger wasn't even that good in the end
