Shake Shack Jamaica Ave

I've been to this spot a few times and the service was always on point. This time is no exception, I was certainly surprised that the place wasn't as crowded as it would usually be. Maybe it was a Tuesday afternoon I went there and the middle of the week days are usually slow. I got lunch from there and it didn't seem to be as much as I thought it would be. A Shackburger, Chicken bites, Cheese fries and root beer totaling up to $22 is not bad at all considering the usual cost of food for the franchise in general. I don't think I've come across a bad Shake Shack for they always set themselves at a standard with great service and delicious food. Of course with what they charge they better.

I ordered two burgers through uber eats and one of the burger literally had A BUG in the bun. NEVER AGAIN

Fresh food and a clean restaurant. An employee even helped a customer select her food from the self help kiosk.

Their service is so bad

What many people go to realize is Shake Shack isn't your typical fast food place, so it's not going to be done in 45 seconds to 2 minutes it takes time. They do have the touch screen order screens. I went to the counter because everybody else was going to the counter, but it did not seem there were enough people working the counter. there were more people in the back. The avocado bacon burger was great, so were the fries and mango lemonade. Side note you can't claim at 10:30 closing if you're not allowing customers in the after 9:00 p.m.
