Shake Shack I-Drive

Ordered food from this location through Uber Eats. My fries had cooked and uncooked ones in the box. The cooked ones were crispy and room temperature, and the uncooked ones were significantly colder and almost rubbery. I tried to call the restaurant, but no one answered the phone, and Uber Eats just said “how an item is prepared is determined by individual merchants.” The Daryl Carter location is far better.

Great food as always. Poor service. All the staff was in their phones, didn’t even notice I was there waiting for place my order. Unacceptable.

Food was cooked perfectly and the staff were friendly. I'll never understand why they got rid of cashiers in favour of tablets that you self order from. The Black & White shake was a little underwhelming, but they can't all be winners.
