Yesterday I ordered online and was rushing to catch my train. When I come in we realize that someone took my pickup order from the counter :( I didn't have time to wait for them to remake it and the manager ran to the back to get me a coupon for a free sandwich. he really made the moment right and I appreciated it so much!!
