For $20 you can get half a meal

We called several hours in-advance to give them a heads up our 36-person tour would be stopping here for dinner—all on one ticket. When we arrived, the manager—Victoria—had us order at the register (not the kiosk). She made it so easy and seamless by releasing 6 or so items at a time so our food would be constantly coming out (instead of waiting for the 36th person to order and then releasing the whole order all at once). We all received our food quickly. Actually, I was shocked by how fast our food came out. Thank you! (After a full-day of touring it was so nice to have dinner come out so quickly.) Victoria and her staff are top-notch. Excellent customer service Thanks again!

Everyone was friendly, the restaurant was clean with a good atmosphere. The food was delicious. The shack stack is one of the best mushroom burgers that I've ever had!

Raj is absolutely phenomenal. I meant to leave this review sooner but he went above and beyond to make me a returning customer. Food is good but the service he provided last week was beyond exceptional.

the hot cocoa shake is the best shake i’ve ever shaked in my entire shake experience. it’s so amazingly shaked that the shake shakes better than any shake at shake shack.

The food is great and you have to try a shale they are really good and the chicken bite are really good and the barbecue sauce cause you can also go walk around after you’re done eating over before you’re eating because there’s a whole bunch of stores you can go walk to two And the build is pretty clean. You can get free water there’s a water station.and there is plenty of seating Their bathrooms are also pretty clean and they have two TVs where everyone sits and you have to place your order by yourself or you can ask them to do it but when you walk in and to your right there will be two stations that you can order your food Parking: It is kinda hard to find parking if it’s busy if it’s not busy, usually pretty easy to find parking

Shake Shack catered for my party and the food was delicious (every one of the 84 assorted burgers were delicious!!) The manager and the staff are so helpful and friendly, which made my ordering experience absolutely epic! They went above and beyond! Nice work Shake Shack Boulder!
