Shake Shack Piedmont Park

Perfect on a sunny day, but then a good shake is great any day. Friendly and helpful staff serve up more than just delicious shakes though, there's plenty more to sample on the menu. Dairy and non dairy are available, and you can enjoy your food and drink sitting outside in the covered courtyard area.

Delicious as always although Culver's maybe better

We got a regular double burger and a bacon cheeseburger. Both were great and of the quality you expect from Shake Shack. The bacon cheeseburger was especially good with the added crispy onion straws. Fries were fresh as well. Outdoor only seating is odd, but we had good weather so it was nice. Parking is a pain.

Shoutout to Taylor for making our experience! We walked in and saw the kiosks, but he asked us if he could help us. He took our order at the cash register instead and was super helpful and friendly. Burgers were fresh and delicious, but Taylor really made our day. Thank you, Taylor!

Ordered a pretty good about of food, $40 worth and I will say I should’ve check my order before I left to go home but it was half wrong. A whole chicken sandwich was missing, the 2 singles I order were wrong including one that had nothing but a patty on it. I called the manager line 5 times and no answer. Had to leave a message which they say is answered in 24 hours but how does that help my order today. I’m attempting to go back and get at least my chicken sandwich but the other food was eaten before I checked the whole bag, so we’ll see. Update: They were so nice. The manger asked if I wanted the whole order remade but I just requested the 2 correct sandwiches that were wrong and they also let me have the original sandwich forgotten as well as 2 comp cards for free sandwiches in the future. No questions asked except how they can fix it. This is customer service!!

Food was great, the service was good. This location doesn’t have indoor seating. So you have to eat outside. Parking: There’s a few spots available next to the restaurant.
