The reviews were good on this place so we decided to check it out. The cashier went straight from the register to putting her hair up to making out shakes. I had to ask her yo change her gloves. Both girls were nice in conversation Shakes while they looked amazing were lacking in flavor The ice cream itself wasn't flavorful. All 3 shakes tasted like vanilla rather than what they were supposed to taste like. All 3 kids didn't finish their shakes fully I got a hot chocolate which I heard was supposed to be the best chocolate these people that reviewed ever had. I'm not sure if they got a different kind than I did but the Toasted marshmallow one that I got was disgusting I had 2 sips let my children try it to see what they thought and then threw it away. It didn't taste at all like marshmallows let alone Toasted kind. I make some pretty amazing hot chocolate bombs at my home and taste better than what I had. $50 bucks for what we had definitely was not worth it

Everything I've had here is out of this galaxy amazing. The shakes are artistic and visually out of this world. Beautifully created by the hands of a master artist straight from CandyLand, your taste buds will be transported to a twisted, exciting and fun departure to the Willy Wonka factory itself. The shakes are so delicious, I would have sworn that i heard oompa loompas singing while pushing it up through my straw, into my mouth. My wife had the blackout brownie shake, lite crepe, and i had the traditional strawberry milkshake, a peanut butter and chocolate crepe, and a hot chocolate to go. All of it was delicious. I think Jesus cried his actual tears of love inside of the hot chocolate that I got to go. That was an amazing hot chocolate. Best I ever had. We will definitely be returning. Best place in this universe. When your shake is presented to you.. I bet you smile. Everyone smiles when they see their shake... Conclusion: artistically prepared shakes make people smile. Be happy. Have a shake & a smile at "Shake No. Eight".

We stopped in for the hot chocolate and it was amazing! Great service from a friendly employee and we were not disappointed when we decided to add all the toppings. Kid-friendliness: The employee answered all my kids’ chocolate and topping questions!

A cosy warm invited place of sweet deliciousness. If you are a fan of milkshakes then why aren’t you here? Lots to choose from and to try but they have numerous sweets that are worth trying next time.

I very much enjoyed my first visit to Number 8 Shakes. Seth worked with me to find the perfect combination for my Vegan fancy. He created a mocha and make sure that I had fresh vegan whipped cream and a chocolate drizzle. I'm very satisfied with how things turned out as you can see from the photo. I definitely recommend it as this was my first visit. If I'm ever in town, I will remember that this was my first coffee shop experience in columbus. Make your way here!
