Everything was good, but it made me vomit at midnight.

Horrible experience, first of all they only take cash payment, this is not aceptable as we are in the 21st century.... after looking for a cash point for 10 minutes, got the cash out, ordered a milk cake, the lady took it from the fridge and put it on the microwave and asked me if i wanted the milk "on the milk cake", i got home, the cake was dry, no milk at all... after paying her 7 pounds for what i got, i felt cheated. NEVER GOING AGAIN! I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Great customer service from the secer and the shake provided was created very well. Went with two close friends and we all enjoyed our shakes.

Terrible service. Ordered some Milkshakes on their website which I paid for only to be told they don’t take online orders. Have now lost my money and the manager (who seemed like a waste of time) didn’t give a care in the world. Wouldn’t trust this place.

The girl (hair in a ponytail) who served us had the personality of a paper napkin. Totally disinterested, looked like she was there as a punishment. I asked about the whipped cream on the menu she simply replied ' no we don't do that'. After I'd paid for food and drink, she just wandered off. I called her back to ask for my drink. She took the bottle away to open it, dropped the lid a few times, then put it back on the bottle. I asked if it had been on the floor, and she said 'yeah'. The girl with her hair down at least attempted a half smile as she handed us our food. Shame we were given a knife and fork to eat the ice-cream with. Oh my word! Do yourself a favour, save your money and go elsewhere. Huge disappointment.
