I tried Haleem with expectations of getting proper authentic taste but was very disappointed with the taste as the lenthils in it weren't grinded properly and tasted raw and not at all good here even the goat biryani tasted awful meat had spoiled pungent smell and biryani rice has no flavor at all very disappointed never coming back.

One of our friends was craving tandoori chicken so we joined him. We also ordered garlic naan, basmati rice, chicken biriyani, chicken tikka masala, dal makhani, achaar paneer, sheekh beef kabob . All were pretty tasty and it was a nice variety to choose from. Chai is complementary and nicely hot.

If you are willing to compromise a bit on ambience, Shah's restaurant offers delicious Punjabi food with value for money. We tried paneer achari and veg kofta. Both were good, paneer achari was outstanding. The utensils showed signs of wear and even was not cleaned properly apparently. That's definitely an area of improvement.

I was introduced to Shah restaurant few months ago by my better half. And I will say it is one of the best tasting indian/pakistani food place. The curries are very fresh with Kofta curry being my favorite. The quality of naan & roti is very good. I like the minimalist approach as I get to enjoy every bit of my food to its core. It is maintained clean. Some minimal improvement on aesthetics would make it look more better. Complimentary tea has very unique taste and for me it is a great attraction.

Those nights when you are out with friends and looking for satisfying food, this place always comes up in suggestions. Open till 3 am on weekends, this place serves authentic Indian/Pakistani flavors. Naan is well cooked which is kind of a deciding factor for me to know if the place is good or not. Complimentary tea is also available. Ambience is not that great, so no high hopes there. Service time is quick.

Everything was great. Food was yummy. People were so friendly. Food came big portion was a lots of food huge dish. Accept Little bit hijyen issue if they keep clean I think it will be best restaurant around in Sunnyvale.
