The food was cold. The service was slow and they mixed things.

3 stars because our food took so long to come out. And other customers who came in after us got their food before we did. I have always loved this place. Still going to continue to go. This was the first time we've had this issue.

I came in on a Saturday afternoon, it wasn't packed and I was immediately greeted with a smile and a wave! I ordered to go this time. It was my second time trying this place and I'll definitely be back. It was less than 10 mins until I had my order in my hand and I was out the door! I purchased the 3 meat combo plate: chopped Brisket, pepper sausage and ribs, Coleslaw, mac n cheese, and corn, complete with black berry cobbler. I couldn't eat the entire thing, but boy did I try....from all the bbq I've tried thus far, Shady Oaks is my favorite. The smoked flavor is *chefs kiss*, Kudos to y'all!

Visited for the first, to find out there were out of baby back ribs at 7pm on a Sunday (today). Decided we'd settle for St Louis ribs cause we really had a taste for ribs. The manager came back to us about fifteen minutes later to say they were totally out of ribs. So disappointing, wanted to try this, as we are new in area. Not sure that I'll give them another try. Still stewing...

Their $14 salad is the size of a side salad.

We ordered tenders and they were the size of a French fry://. On national Margarita day got all ice ans maybe 2 drinks from the so called Margarita. Not coming back!!
