I was looking for another Chinese restaurant after the cherished Nan Zhou Hand Drawn Noodle House closed, and I found it! The soup dumplings at Shaanxi are my latest obsession. I've been here a couple times and so far have tried the Biang Biang oil seared noodles with braised beef, Beef noodles, Biang Biang noodles with pork, and Shanghai soup dumplings. This is gonna be one of my go to Phoenix restaurants and I can't wait to go back!
Egg Foo Young is horrible. Service was not good either! Was not worth the 24$!!
Best orange chicken, the cumin lamb was really watery and bland I don't know what happened but it was really hard to like it hardly any cumin and the lamb was all in little pieces like a lamb soup.. Parking: Parking is good plenty of spots near. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchair and any other mobility equipment
Best Chinese food around this area. GREAT customer service. Me and my husband always get take out from here. O get the p03 and he gets the pork ribs with white rice. Highly recommend both dishes
Had lunch there with a friend. The food was delicious. We definitely plan on going back very soon.
My friends’ beloved spot that I finally got to try! I have to be gluten free and the server explained a good number of dishes that could be made GF which I super appreciate. Shared the twice cooked pork, cumin lamb and a-choy in garlic sauce and everything was delicious, the pork especially. I can’t imagine you can order a bad dish. So much flavor!
This one's a restaurant my Asian Art History teacher put me into funnily enough. I really like both the biangbiang noodles and the cold skin noodles with beef or curry lamb, though I wish there were a few more meat options. The pork belly in brown sauce is also a family favorite--my mom asks me to get this for her whenever she's feeling a little indulgent.
My boyfriend and I came into this establishment at 9pm when they close at 10. As soon as we walk in, one of the servers said that they close the kitchen at 9. So we rushed and put our order in. The food came out hot but looked kind of old, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp and they didn't want to make us fresh food. So about two days later which was yesterday, I was vomiting for an hour and my boyfriend also felt sick to his stomach. Do not say you close at 10 and then tell people they have to order by 9pm since the kitchen closes at that time. That's false advertising. Also, you shouldn't serve people food that has been sitting out. That's how you get food bourne illness. We will never return here.
First time I've had authentic Chinese food since 2002. Came on a Saturday evening for my birthday, and they had traditional Chinese played live. Had the dry pot beef and chicken pot stickers (gyoza).
I like this place. Food is good. Came out hot, and quick. Service was excellent. I'll be going back again.
