Seven Grams Caffe Varick

Met the owner. Very gracious and down to earth. Service was superb, coffee was very smooth, and OMG the cookies! To die for!!! I'll go to Soho just to visit this cafe!

Jensen took very good care of us and the owner,Sharon gave us some new cookies to try. Great coffee and amazing cookies. Vegetarian options: They had vegan cookies.

The people who work here are kind, talented and fast but I cannot support a business where management mistreats and degrades the staff. The things I’ve overheard are alarming. The cookies and drinks are pretty good depending on who is working that day. The interior is cold and uninviting much like the owner.

One of the best cups of coffee I’ve had in NY! I went here 3 times in the span of 2 days and it was very consistent and well-made each and every time. They also have some of the best cookies and all of the city, primarily the chocolate chip and matcha! Definitely give them a shot

The service was 10/10 the flat white not so much. It was just normal not really good but also not gross. The place was very clean and well furnished.

Stale cookies

Giant thick cookies. Tried regular and umami. Staff very friendly - Alvi helped me out and was very professional and patient when helping me understand the ingredients that go into the cookies (for nut allergy).

Good coffee, good Bakery and friendly service.
