Didn't have the things I wanted in stock and the self checkout was embarrassing because it wouldn't work for me. It's very finicky and operates differently than most stores. The cashier was helpful, though!

This is the worst store on earth. I’ve been going here for years and it’s gone so downhill. It’s terrifying just to be inside it…none of the staff are listening to you nevermind working. The security guards are more focused on the girls on the till than anything and vice versa. I have to ask for a bag at least ten times before they pass one. I am NOT harping on customer service workers or being a Karen. It’s actually this bad.

I can't believe what happened to this place. It become more racist than ever. They don't treat customers well unless you are related or close to them. I feel so bad to see my neighbor grocery store in such condition. It really needs to be updated from bottom to top and re- open again. I feel so bad for Seun's Nofrills is managed by those idiots.

I have been a customer for years, and today decided to go grocery shopping there. I have no words. The security guards are out of control and power tripping. I felt uncomfortable the entire time. I witnessed an indigenous man trying to buy some noodles, he had money. The security guard threatened him and threw him out of the store. I tried to intervene and the security guard then tried to throw me out of the store. I ignored him and continued shopping. Homeless people have the right to buy food. The security guard then followed me around the store telling me to leave. I said call the police, I don’t recognize your authority. I continued shopping but my experience was ruined. This poor indigenous man couldn’t even buy a pack of noodles, they were accusing him of being drunk. I am in tears typing this. The poor man. Homeless people have a right to be in a grocery store!!!!! The employees don’t speak English, I tried asking a worker where the flyers were and she didn’t even know what I was saying. This store has gone down hill and is racist against indigenous people. By the way I am white passing so don’t think I’m playing the R card. I witnessed it first hand. The security guard was menacing to everyone and it made everyone uncomfortable. Don’t support racism. I will be going there tomorrow and bringing my concerns to the manager.
