Took a risk and ordered the daily fish with my salad and, wow….was not disappointed. Cooked perfectly. If they can do that (probably frozen fish), I trust them to cook anything. Highly recommend.

Living local with great brews and food! First time at the Oakton location and will definitely be back! Love the original but this one is even closer to home. Tried the Ghost of Val and the Le Grand Chocolat which were both delicious. The food options from The Fermented pig were perfect to compliment the beers. We tried the mac and cheese, deviled eggs and slider trio which were also as equally delicious as the beers. Back in 2021 I purchased 2 kegs for a birthday party and the staff then and again now we’re fantastic! If you love a great Local spot check out Settle Down East Oakton!

Got burgers and beer with friends for dinner. Excellent service and great food. 10/10 recommend.

Great place! We ate at the Fermented Pig and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the pretzel and the nachos.

I’ve been by it a couple of times, and am really looking forward to coming in for a meal with a glass of their wine. I love the interior of the place, And their menu! Can’t wait to visit sometime soon!

Nice clean place and excellent beer. Haven’t tried food. Lots of TV’s with football on weekend.

Ordered takeout. Amongst us we had: Brisket nachos, Sliders, Knot pretzel, Brisket chili, Mac n cheese, Burger, and Bratwurst. First time I had heard of SDE was at Taste of Vienna, then Vienna’s Oktoberfest. I had the Bratwurst at both. I usually don’t do bratwurst, but it was great. The entree came with potatoes that were perfectly cooked as well. Brisket chili was was very impressive; very meaty, good amount of spice, and balanced. Highly recommend. The mac n cheese is also worth it; very flavorful, and not like most I’ve tried. The pretzel was fine. No complaints about any of the others, my son loved the burger.
