Boil bacon on my breakfast sandwich?

Horrible customer experience on an early Saturday morning. We bought two coffee/croissant combos and some donut holes, yet we were very disappointed. Our drip coffee was so diluted down, and food had zero flavor. The bacon wasn't cooked properly, and the croissant was oily. For $8.99 each, it was a flop👎 The original owner must have sold this location because this is not the 5 star treatment I'm used to. The 2 ladies were rude & and were rushing us, yet there were zero customers in the building, but there were lots of donuts... Sad day at Seasame Donuts.

I went back to Sesame Donuts . The Donuts arnt as good and fresh as they used to be. 6.00$$ fir three doughnuts?

I've been going to this location for over a year now. Staff is pleasant usually. One thing I've noticed recently is that when they put the donuts in the bag, they don't wash their hands, wear gloves or use tongs. They will cash other people out on the register and then put their hands in the bag that the donuts go in. That's neither sanitary or up to the health code. They could be reported to the health department. Finally after seeing the staff doing this many many times I finally spoke up, very nicely! One lady now refuses to serve me and another employee helped me today and I let know to please wash his hands, use a tong or gloves. He put on gloves. I told him I wasn't trying to be rude and I apologized to the guy today. He was kind. Jobber the delivery driver named Cameron was not so kind. He kept looking at me and told me "you could be nicer He works hard" talking about the employee I spoke with. He said that as a representative of Seasame donuts and ran out of the store and didn't listen to my response. First of all he was on the clock and ride to a customer. Secondly that was very unprofessional. I have a right to have the food I pay for and eat to be handled in a sanitary way. I spoke with the guy behind the counter what Cameron said and i needed the bosses info. He gave me Cameron's name and his bosses info. I called and left a message for the boss. I hope i hear back from him.

Ordered TGTG last weekend and it was so good. Good a dozen donuts for $5 and they’re delicious. Will come again if travelling to Portland again. Thank you for joining TGTG so I could try your delicious donuts for such an affordable price.
