Every time I have gone to Serrano's Cafe I tell myself to never go back again. Every experience I have had there has been BAD! The place is always dirty and one time I saw a roach running across the counter. Today I went to pick up a breakfast sandwich in the morning and first of all, I was the first client there and two people walked in a few minutes after me (two Korean women). The owner served the food to the other two ladies before me and when I asked her if my food was almost ready she asked me, "what did you order again?".. So I waited for my food and when I got back to the office and took a bite, I instantly got a sour taste in my mouth. I smelled it and realized something was rotten. I took it back to her and she denied anything being wrong with the food.I was trying to be nice and i whispered it to her so that other clients wouldn't hear what I said, but the owner started getting loud. She started to say I was lying and that I just need to be quiet and eat the food. She even tried to say that I was the problem. I told her to taste the food so that she can see that I was not lying and she patronized me and took a bite and said, "MMM, SOOO GOOD!!". I even got a stomach ache shortly after taking a bite from this food and I had to go home early from work. Even the cook behind her was shaking her head in agreement with me when I said the food was rotten. (She did it behind the owner's back and made a face as to say, "I know" and she looked scared of her). I simply asked for a refund and the owner literally turned her head so that she wouldn't have to look at me. The food was definitely rotten and the customer service was horrible, I feel that it was a waste of money and time, and not to mention that the owner favored the other ladies for being Korean too. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. THE FOOD IS ROTTEN!!

If I could give her less stars, I would. She's rude and over priced. Foods not even that good, and they always get orders wrong.
