During my recent visit to Sergio's Restaurant's walk-up window, the lack of professional customer service was quite apparent. While one customer was being assisted, I noticed two employees deeply engrossed in a conversation about a dispute over missing croquetas from the previous night. Adding to the unprofessional atmosphere, a third employee casually took a piece of bread from the display, began eating it, and joined the conversation, all while I stood there, unnoticed. The entire staff exhibited a sense of discontent, evident from their miserable expressions, which I couldn't help but attribute to poor management. This atmosphere not only affected the staff's morale but also overshadowed my experience as a customer, reflecting a concerning disregard for customer service and workplace professionalism.
We had lunch at this place. The food was good, service was great and the atmosphere was good. This place is in a shopping center therefore parking is a challenge.
Absolutely awesome. The Vaca Frita was the best dish that I've had in a long time. Our son ordered the steak off the kids menu & it was very good. We enjoyed our meals so much, we went back the next day for lunch!
I ordered food for my family to be deliver home, 7 plates and only 3 of those arrived. I called Sergio’s and they did not wanted to send the rest of the food back to us. I spoke to Damian the supervisor, plus two servers, and they were not helpful, I had to order food from a different place. I do not recommend this place they have poor customer service skills and unfortunately the supervisor is not good either
